Full-page caching at the server
A finished copy of each page is served instantly, without running WordPress at all. Visitors get the page in milliseconds; your server stays calm.

Never a slow “first visitor”
When a cached page expires, the next visitor still gets the fast copy while it quietly refreshes in the background — so nobody pays the price of rebuilding it.

Object caching for the rest
The pages that can’t be fully cached (a logged-in shop, a search) lean on an object cache so the database isn’t asked the same question twice.

What the host can fix — and what only you can
The server side — caching, PHP, the database, the network — is ours, and it’s where most of the speed lives. But a page can still be slow because of what’s on it: a 6 MB hero image, a page-builder that loads forty scripts, a plugin that phones home on every view. We’ll tell you when that’s the case, plainly, and help you fix it.
Speed also feeds Google’s Core Web Vitals, which count toward how you rank. Fast hosting is the floor those numbers stand on.

Do I need a caching plugin?
No — caching is done at the server. If you already have one you like, keep it; we’ll check it isn’t doubling up.
Will my site be fast for visitors far away?
The servers are on the US East Coast, which is fast for New England and most of North America. Ask us if most of your visitors are elsewhere.
How do I know it’s actually fast?
Your Speed screen shows the measured response time and a plain verdict, and Google’s free PageSpeed Insights will show you the visitor-side numbers.
What if my site is slow anyway?
Then it’s almost certainly what’s on the page rather than the server, and we’ll tell you exactly what — an oversized image, a heavy plugin — and help sort it.
Does this help with SEO?
Yes. Google’s Core Web Vitals are a ranking input, and a fast server is the foundation they’re measured on.
