Your whole fleet

Every site you manage, in one place — with the busywork taken out.

If you look after websites for other people, you know the tax: twelve logins, twelve backup tools, twelve places something might be wrong. Every site you host with us lands in one dashboard, watched the same way, and the sites that need you rise to the top.

On every plan
  • Every site in one dashboard
  • A “needs attention” filter for busy mornings
  • Search across every site
  • Deep links you can share
  • Role-based access for your team
How it works

One dashboard, however many sites.

  1. 01

    Every site, one list

Uptime, last backup, threats blocked, speed and the review status for each site, side by side. Search it, sort it, and see the whole picture without opening anything.

  2. 02

“Needs attention” rises to the top

A one-click filter narrows the list to sites with something to look at — an incident, a stale backup, a finding that needs a decision. Everything else stays out of your way.

  3. 03

    Deep links you can share

Every site, tab and screen has its own URL. Paste it into a message to a colleague or a client and they land exactly where you were looking.

  4. 04

    Roles for your team

Viewer, editor and lead roles, scoped per site — so a client can see their own site’s health, a colleague can act on it, and destructive actions need the right hands.

  5. 05

    Staging when you need it

Test a change on a staging copy before it goes live. Refreshing and resetting staging is gated to lead-level users, because it’s destructive.

  6. 06

    Bring sites over for free

Migrations are free and done for you, one at a time or a batch — the way an agency actually moves a portfolio.

What you see

In your dashboard, not in a brochure.

The same four answers you get for one site — up, backed up, protected, healthy — for every site, in one table.

  • A row per site with its status at a glance and what, if anything, needs attention
  • The “All · Needs attention” filter, so a busy morning starts with the short list
  • Search across every site you manage
  • One click into any site’s own uptime, backups, threats, speed and review screens — each with a shareable URL
  • Your team’s access, by role and by site

Straight answer

Who this is for — and who it isn’t

This is built for agencies, freelancers and in-house teams looking after several WordPress sites — and for a business owner with two or three. The dashboard grows from one site to dozens without changing shape.

It’s not a reseller platform: your clients see Site Schema in the dashboard, not your logo. Unbranded admin is something we talk about with agencies on a plan basis, not a switch on the standard tiers. Multi-site pricing is a conversation, not a form.

FAQ

Questions people ask.

Is there a limit on how many sites?
The dashboard is the same from one site to dozens. Plans are priced per site; multi-site and agency arrangements are a conversation — tell us the size of the portfolio.
Can my clients log in and see their own site?
Yes. Give a client viewer access scoped to their site and they see its health, backups, threats and review — and nothing else.
Can I share a link to a specific screen?
Every screen has its own URL. Paste it; the recipient lands there (with the access their role allows).
How do I move a portfolio of sites over?
Migrations are free and done for you. Send us the list; we move them one by one with no downtime.
Is there staging?
Yes. Refresh-from-production and reset are gated to lead-level users because they’re destructive; viewing and testing staging is open to your team.
Can I white-label the dashboard?
Not on the standard tiers today — clients see Site Schema branding. If unbranded admin matters for your agency, talk to us about an agency arrangement.
